This app dynamically evaluates whether a user device should reselect a different LTE cell based on a combination of signal quality, cell priorities, and reselection thresholds. It continuously monitors Srxlev, which reflects the received signal strength, and compares it against network-defined parameters such as Qrxlevmin, threshServingLow, threshXHigh, and threshXLow to determine if a new cell should be selected.

Additionally, the app assesses whether reselection should occur within the same frequency layer (intra-frequency reselection) or across different frequency layers (inter-frequency reselection) by considering S_Intra_Search and S_Non_Intra_Search values. 

This makes it an indispensable tool for RF engineers, enabling them to fine-tune network configurations, minimize call drops, enhance handover efficiency, and improve overall mobility performance in LTE networks.
